Código de identificación S.L., company with Spanish nationality sited in Manuel Fraga Iribarne 15 Avenue, in Málaga (Spain) which is the holder of the web imakoocars.co.uk is the holder of the data base generated with the personal details provided by users.
The user authorizes the automated treatment of his personal details which he has voluntarily provided, in order to access to some of the services of the web site (bookings, consults, associations...), and which are necessary to obtain such services, as well as for the offering and hiring of other products and services from Código de Identificación S.L. The personal details collected will be incorporated to the correspondant files whose holder is Códogo de Identificación S.L.
In the same way, the user allows Código de Identificación S.L. to concede his personal details to the group companies which it belongs, as well as to other companies it has tradings with, with the only aim of offering the best services, respecting at all case the Spanish law about protection of personat details. The personal information about registered users is lodged in data bases owned to Código de Identificación S.L. which assume technical, organizative and security measures which grant the confidenciality and integrity of such information in agreement of the established by the Organic Law 15/1999 the 13th of December, about personal Details Protection, and the rest of applicable laws.
The user will be responsible, anyway, for the veracity of the provided details, reserving Código de Identificación, the right to exclude from the registered services, to all users who provide false data, without prejudice of the rest of accion proceeding in Right.
